TapeStation Genomic DNA and cell free DNA ScreenTape & Reagents

Genomic DNA ScreenTape analysis provides fast, automated and reliable electrophoretic separation of input genomic DNA samples. The gDNA ScreenTape assay can separate DNA samples from 200 to more than 60,000 base pairs in less than 2 minutes/sample. Samples can be analyzed from multiple sources including FFPE.Objective gDNA integrity assessment is delivered with a numeric measurement, the DNA Integrity Number (DIN).

Cell-free DNA ScreenTape analysis provides fast, automated and reliable electrophoretic separation of input cell-free DNA (cfDNA) samples. The Cell-free DNA ScreenTape assay provides accurate quantification and sizing as well as the value %cfDNA. The %cfDNA is an objective and reproducible value for the assessment of sample quality. It automatically calculates the amount of cfDNA in the sample of interest.
