Consisting of Genomax Technologies’ genomics application team, our Molecular Genomics lab offers the complete portfolio of the Agilent microarray platform since 2011, including: Gene Expression (GE), Array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH), DNA methylation, and MicroRNA (miRNA).
Custom microarray-based genomics analyses
We employ the complete integrated Agilent workflow solution which consists of:
- Sample QC – on the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer
- Sample Labeling – using Agilent microarray reagents, kits, and optimized protocols
- Hybridization – in SureHyb Microarray Hybridization Chambers
- Scanning – on the Agilent DNA microarray scanner with Feature Extraction Software
- Data Analysis – using GeneSpring software and/or Agilent Genomic Workbench
