GeneTM Set

The GeneTM Set is a sample transport medium set for collecting, transporting and storing samples from the nasal cavity (nasopharynx) and oral cavity (oropharynx or saliva) to test for infections caused by respiratory pathogens.

Features of GeneTM Set

• Guanidine contained in the medium inactivates the virus, enabling safe transportation
• Surfactant contained in the medium helps smooth nucleic acid extraction
• Reduce exposure to harmful substances by using water-based adhesives that are harmless to the human body
• Visual identification of product contamination status through the indicator
• Various product sizes (1 or 2 swabs / 5ml or 12ml tube)
• When the lid is opened after sample collection, the swab is automatically removed

ALLTM Set

The ALLTM Set is a sample transport medium set for collecting, transporting and preserving samples from the nasal cavity (nasopharynx) and oral cavity (oropharynx or saliva) to test for infection caused by pathogens such as viruses and microorganisms.

Features of the ALLTM Set

• Preserve the virus in an active state, enabling extraction-free PCR test
• Hanks’ Balanced Salt Solution (HBSS) contained in the medium helps to preserve pathogens
• Prevents overgrowth of bacteria or homobacteria with antibiotics and antifungals contained in the medium
• Reduce exposure to harmful substances by using water-based adhesives that are harmless to the human body
• Visual identification of product contamination status through the indicator
