Reliable FcRn binding assays are used in both discovery and development of therapeutic antibodies as predictive tools for in vivo half-life. Join us for this educational webinar as we show two orthogonal assays for measuring binding of antibodies to FcRn. We describe the power of HT-SPR to perform label-free, multiplexed potency assays in conjunction with kinetics and affinity measurements, as an orthogonal approach to reinforce AlphaLISA potency findings.
